Formed in 2023 in Dubai, UAE, TranzOcean Line FZE is a shipping company specialising in vehicle transportation globally. TranzOcean has a global presence through its own and affiliated company networks, managing the operations of Pure Car Carrier vessels.
RVC Shipping LLC (RVC Line) was restructured in 2024 to manage logistics operations under RVC Shipping, while TranzOcean Line focuses on the shipping business. This strategic alignment aims to streamline operations and enhance efficiency across both sectors.
Mr. Reuben Balasingh, our founder, continues to provide visionary leadership and ensures the companies’ shared commitment to excellence in their respective fields. Through this restructuring, both RVC Shipping and TranzOcean Line are well-positioned to leverage their strengths and deliver superior service to their global clientele.

The vision of establishing a leading shipping company began with a focus on chartering and operating ships in the dry bulk sector.
2018
Engaged in time charters and operated dry bulk vessels in select international routes.
2019
Expanded into the car shipping market, identifying a niche and securing a foothold in the industry.
2020
Secured a significant contract for shipping cars between India and the Middle East. Extended operations from Korea to the Mediterranean, building operational confidence.
2021
Initiated our first long-term charter and started operations from the Far East to West Coast South America service.
2022
Expanded our long-term charter operations to connect the Far East with South America, by initiating a dedicated new service route.
2023
Extended our long-term charter operations with a new dedicated service route linking the Far East to Central America.
